If you have nuts and chocolate, you can't help but bake. Here are some of our most recent kitchen experiments where we tried to keep the time spent low and added in some of our nut butters to see how they turned out. The results were pretty great.
Unlike the chocolate spread makers (who are still trying to make healthier chocolate), we started with nuts as the main ingredient. We then added dark chocolate and jaggery, a little bit at a time, until we had the perfect balance of a chocolatey taste but a superbly healthy nut butter.
