The dark chocolate bite is excellent. Though the one with orange is good but feel orange flavour needs to be dominant. Coffee bit is super yummy.

Does this bite have added sugar?

Afters are sweetened with natural dates which are not counted as 'sugar' in the ingredients panel because they are technically a fruit.
The dark chocolate we use (in some flavours) has a little bit of refined sugar in it and this is mentioned in the nutrition table on each bite. The Nutty Cashew and Very Berry bites have zero refined sugar in them.

When is the best time to consume Afters?

Afters is called that because we've designed it to be had 'after' a meal. It's just the right portion and one bite will kill that dessert craving which we get after lunch and dinner.
It also works well as a 4pm snack or a pick-me-up after an afternoon slump.

How can this kill my sugar cravings?

Loaded with nuts and sweetened with dates, each Afters dessert bite is satiating and fills that small space in your stomach that you have left for dessert at the end of your meal. Will I get a caffeine spike after having this bite?

The amount of coffee extract is too little to give a regular coffee drinker a caffeine spike. But you'll definitely taste a coffee coffee flavour.

Can I have this instead of a protein bar?

Yes we consider these better than protein bars because they're naturally high in protein and are tastier than a lot of protein bars out there. We don't use any whey or pea protein to increase the protein either, so what you're eating is real, natural food.

Is this vegan and gluten free?

Yes and yes. All our ingredients are naturally gluten free and all the flavours of Afters are 100% vegan & plant based.
