Orange Burst Afters really do give a burst of orange and a pleasant hint of real chocolate. I use them as a quick pick me up after a workout or on a trek.

Does this bite have added sugar?

Afters are sweetened with natural dates which are not counted as 'sugar' in the ingredients panel because they are technically a fruit.
The dark chocolate we use (in some flavours) has a little bit of refined sugar in it and this is mentioned in the nutrition table on each bite. The Nutty Cashew and Very Berry bites have zero refined sugar in them.

When is the best time to consume Afters?

Afters is called that because we've designed it to be had 'after' a meal. It's just the right portion and one bite will kill that dessert craving which we get after lunch and dinner.
It also works well as a 4pm snack or a pick-me-up after an afternoon slump.

How can this kill my sugar cravings?

Loaded with nuts and sweetened with dates, each Afters dessert bite is satiating and fills that small space in your stomach that you have left for dessert at the end of your meal. Unlike chocolate and ice creams, an Afters bite makes you feel full and has a delicious range of flavours, so you don't reach out for your second piece! A dessert that controls the portions you eat - that's magic.

Can kids have these?

If they have chocolates and are eating solids comfortably, then yes. All the ingredients are safe for children, but dates can be a bit sticky in texture so we don’t suggest these for infants.

Can I have this instead of a protein bar?

Yes we consider these better than protein bars because they're naturally high in protein and are tastier than a lot of protein bars out there. We don't use any whey or pea protein to increase the protein either, so what you're eating is real, natural food.

Is this better than chocolate or ice cream?

We definitely think so. The biggest reason is that each bite is portion controlled and you won't be able to have the second piece (because one will satiate you). So you don't end up bingeing on dessert like you do with chocolate and ice creams.
