A quick & easy breakfast for when you need those few extra minutes in bed.
We have tried to add recipe steps to this but honestly it’s just blend and chug!
- Add 2 tablespoons of the your favourite peanut butter (creamy, crunchy or chocolate *yum* ) and a glass of milk to your blender.
- Add a frozen banana (or any other fruit that you like) and blend them together.
- If you like it sweeter, add some sweetened peanut butter *kid you not* or some honey or sugar, and blend again for a few seconds.
- Pour into a tall glass, add a fun straw and sip or slurp.
And there you’re kicking off your day with high protein just in 60 seconds.
