As a food manufacturing business, we've always been extremely careful of our safety measures, hygiene and disinfection practices. In light of COVID-19, we've added some new standard practices to our facility and process.
DISINFECTION OF PREMISES
Our factory is cleaned with industrial grade disinfectants multiple times a day, including all high-touch surfaces and floors.
All staff is mandated to wear hair nets and masks at all times and gloves for specific functions. We have a two-hourly hand-washing routine which is mandatory for all staff and supervised by management.
SIZE OF TEAM
Since the lockdown, for the safety of our teams and their families, we are working at 50% capacity so that a safe distance is maintained between each team members. Even in our own homes, we are careful to minimize our contact with anyone that doesn't live with us. We are following the lockdown very strictly.
MANUFACTURING AT HIGH HEAT
Our nut butters go through a unique process that involves exposure to high heat which helps to make them safer. They are immediately cooled and sealed into their jars before they are stored.
SAFETY OF YOUR PACKAGES, ONCE RECEIVED
Your parcels are traveling across a fair distance and with multiple delivery agents and middlemen. We recommend that you take all the safety measures such as wearing a mask while accepting the parcel, as well as disinfecting the outer box after receiving it.
